NJR Recruitment are currently working with a highly reputable and leading brand in the insurance broking arena who are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join their team based out of their offices in Central Manchester.

The Role:

As Commercial Account Handler you will be responsible for providing an unrivalled level of service in line with your client's needs. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Acting as the first point of contact to your clients
• You will be responsible for all aspects of account management, including handling renewals, MTAs, amendments and cancellations in an accurate and timely manner.
• In addition to this, you will work closely with the relevant Account Executive, identifying potential improvements to the clients insurance programme and making recommendations if required.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in a Commercial Account Handler role with a good level of technical knowledge across all commercial classes of insurance.
• Will need to be equipped with excellent rapport building skills with the ability to build and maintain effective and long-lasting relationships.
• You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
