A expanding national construction and building services company specialising in maintenance, repairs, and fit outs. Are needing a part time Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
You will work support the Group Finance Director and Office Manager with Accounts administration.
Perfect for an individual looking for flexibility in hours and with enjoys working in a team environment.
Hours: Part time, Office based - Flexible hours (3 days)
Salary: £26,000 prorated
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
- Processing invoices
- Working with the Contracts Administrator on POs and outstanding balances
- Invoicing
- Credit control – customer balance debt collection
- Office administration
Experience required:
- Accounts experience is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative skills
- IT literate
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
