Key Tasks
To assist the Management Accountants with monthly accounts
To complete balance sheet reconciliations
To raise sales invoices as requested by the management accountants.
To manage internal invoicing system for variable charges and producing backup documents for client charges.
To communicate to customer via telephone and email
To maintain Purchase ledger on Microsoft Dynamics for all clients.
To post invoices on Microsoft Dynamics for specific clients.
To maintain the Microsoft Dynamics invoice coding process.
To communicate to suppliers via telephone and email
To complete supplier statement reconciliations.
To assist the Payables Manager as required.
To complete general administrative tasks.
To complete any other ad hoc duties as requested.
Attributes Required
A good general education is essential in a subject allied to the areas of accountancy and ideally an AAT/ACCA/CIMA studier
No finance experience is required, but a bright individual with common sense is required
Experience (Desirable)
Knowledge of Dynamics accounts package a distinct advantage

Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel).
Proactive, analytical and logical thinker.
Strong commercial skills coupled with excellent communication skills.
Strong eye for detail.

Key Terms
Salary dependant on experience
Days of Work
5 days per week Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week. It should be noted that a position of this nature will require a highly flexible attitude towards working hours and there will be occasions to work alternative hours to suit customer requirements
