Job Specifications –
1. Accounts Assistant
This position would suit someone who wants to be part of and support colleagues of a forward-thinking Company. This job will include analysing clients data and preparing reports to go alongside management and year end accounts.
Some specifics of this role are –
- Reconciling accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Be a user on XERO – full training will be given
- Inputting data to various other accounting systems including Exchequer, Excel, Freeagent, Sage and Quickbooks – again training will be given.
- You will have client facing contact on a daily basis.
- Have specific client management roles.
- Credit control and reporting back to clients.
- Supporting other team members.
- Researching new initiatives and solving problems.
- Using dropbox, O365, googledrive as a means of data exchange.
Your skills will need to include -
- Comfort within a digital environment.
- Have a questioning and challenging thought process.
- Being a good communicator as you will be client facing.
- Able to work at times under pressure.
- Experience within an Accounts/Finance team is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
