A well established, values driven not for profit organisation with offices based in Holland Park (West London) are looking for a personable and dynamic Graduate to join their Accounting and Finance Team. This is the perfect entry level role for a recent university leaver that is keen to develop their career in an accounting or finance role.
Please note – hybrid working is offered – 3 days per week in the office and 2 at home.
As the Accounts Assistant, your core responsibilities will be across purchase ledger – receive, record and process purchase invoices in accordance with the company’s policy and procedures and to produce all sales ledger invoices and payment request in a timely manner. In addition, you will assist the Finance Manager with the preparation of month end and year end accounts as well as carry out ad hoc administration to support the wider team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, eager to learn and will enjoy building relationships at all levels. You will be a proficient Microsoft Office user and have a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The salary on offer for the role is between £25,000 - £28,000 per annum plus a benefits package including enhanced pension scheme and private medical cover.
