Job description
This is a fantastic opportunity for a schools IT Support Technician or IT Services Account Manager to join a thriving MSP providing IT Support services to schools. You will be responsible for managing key account, as well as identifying new sales opportunity and in turn up selling and cross selling of products and services. You will have the chance to earn from a generous commission scheme as well as your base salary. This role will suit someone who has experience as an IT Technician, ICT Technician or IT Support in schools looking to take that next step in their career, or you may have previous experience selling or managing accounts that supply schools with IT solutions. You will be based from home, but will be required to travel to school sites across London when required. You will be provided with a travel card or be paid mileage for any travel.
Location: London – You will base based from home, but travel to schools across London.
Salary: £28k-£33k + Commission and great benefits
What you will bring to the table:
You will have previous experience working within schools proving IT Support services. This is a great role for someone with fantastic personable skills, keen to develop their skills across IT Support and Account management / Sales, giving you the chance to increase your income. You will be an ideas person, and will be able to identify opportunities where schools can increase and improve their IT offering for pupils and teachers. You will be a confident, influential individual who can build rapport and relationships with school leadership teams.
