Job Details:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably as a telephone canvasser/sales negotiator, either in the travel, insurance or recruitment industries.
- We are offering a good basic salary, plus add ons, and some of the best on-target commission rates in the industry.
- Telephone sales.
- Pre-qualify all new sales enquires.
- Generate new leads and new accounts through cold calling.
- Working to and achieving KPI's.
- Demonstrate teamwork with the UK team.

- Exercise courtesy to all respondents.
- Demonstrate great customer service skills.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Build a database of repeat clients.
- Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Sourcing aircraft as per client specifications.
- Source catering and ground transportation.
- Flight watching to guarantee an exceptional client experience.
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales/telephone sales experience.
- £100K OTE salary/commission.

Position Overview:
You will have full access to our “state of the art” systems and be provided with all of the tools you will require to be a successful Accounts Manager for the company.
You will also receive regular and thorough training on our systems and have access to on-demand training and support when required.
