Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 p/a dependent on experience
Plus access to 15% annual bonus
Position Overview:
Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for the strategic contract management, development and revenue growth of the Northern England & Scotland region including the following:
Key responsibilities:
- To ensure the needs of existing customers are identified and articulated to the company in a timely and accurate manner.
- To act as the main point of contact for the escalation and resolution of customer issues which go beyond ‘day to day’ service issues.
- To track prospective customers and maximise all opportunities to articulate how we could engage for the provision of our services to match their current or future needs.
- To work within the business development team to support customers and other areas of the business to ensure our customers are happy with the service they receive.
- To identify opportunities for additional revenue generation from both new sales and account management, as appropriate.
- To feed into the new product development initiative from a customer/market perspective to ensure new initiatives are relevant and compelling to clients.
- To provide market feedback to the management team and others to ensure that current and future strategies are aligned with the market requirements.
Location:
The role is home based, but includes travel to Company premises, clients or prospects as required.
Travel:
This role will involve travel and attendance at exhibitions and meetings UK wide (including overnight stays and weekend travelling).

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and strengths:
- Consultative sales skills and demonstrable track record within the medical service sector
- Strong customer service ethos
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation
- Proficient at problem solving and idea generation
- Outstanding attention to detail, both personally and in their work
- Organised, self-motivated, team player
- Proficient in MS Office software, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Data driven, very comfortable with numbers and can tell the story
- Solution and results focused, ambitious to deliver excellence in execution
- Experience in managing contractual relationships in a service sector environment
- Strong analytical & presentation skills
- Experience of working within a fast-paced organisation that is constantly changing
