An exciting new role has become available in our Guernsey office role which will include carrying out a broad range of Sales and Operational support functions, mainly by telephone but also face to face when required. The role will require you to:
- Manage loan applications from initial contact with the customer or Intermediary through to decision making. This will include application development.
- Be the first point of contact for dealers and customers to ensure all queries are resolved in the first instance and without the need for referral wherever possible. Be able to work both individually and as a team member to help contribute towards the branch goals.
- Process and Pay-out Personal, Motor and Commercial Loan new business on a daily basis.
- Attention to detail required - Ensures that information is correctly processed and that work complies with relevant internal/external policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Exceeds the expectations of external customers through the quality of customer service, meeting their needs and demonstrating the added value of the service provided.
- Undertake ad-hoc operational duties where necessary.
