The role
Nettitude is looking to fill an Account Manager Executive role in our Account Management Team in order to carry out business activities to maximise sales revenue for Nettitude’s services, in accordance with agreed business plans.
Location
This role is remote. We can support working from across the UK. All applicants will require residence in the UK.
What you’ll be doing in your role:
Your main tasks and responsibilities on a daily basis, would be as follows:
- Main Task: Deliver £Revenue versus target
- Develop 40+ accounts with growth potential
- Grow accounts from lucrative single/dual lines of business into multiple lines and high yield
- Account planning to develop growth in key accounts
- Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets set by Team Leader
- Identify client needs and review their requirements in order to sell tailored solutions
- Construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to clients based on these requirements
- Ensure all client data is entered onto CRM after every telephone call/client visit and all details regarding the client are populated.
- Manage existing accounts and expand client base
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets agreed with the Team Leader in line with group requirements
- Provide accurate forecasts to Team Leader on monthly basis
- Demonstrate a knowledge of the competitive environment
- Undertake any training necessary to carry out duties and responsibilities
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post.
- Work in harmony with all other personnel and to communicate in an open and courteous manner with colleagues and customers.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Key Skills:
The following are the requirements for this role:
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Previous cyber industry experience desirable (not essential)
- Previous Account Management experience
- Experience of selling and/or dealing with customers
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience of sales cycle management and accurate forecasting
- Good teamwork skills
