What You’ll Do

The Ecommerce Account Manager, Amazon, is responsible for growing Munchkin’s Amazon business by managing and developing the relationship with Amazon for the UK and European markets. The Account Manager will leverage her/his deep understanding of Vendor Central and Amazon’s Advertising Tools to grow the Amazon business. You will also be responsible for providing excellent account forecasting and data to inform and assist the internal supply chain processes and to make sure we meet all our customer requirements.

  • Plan and evolve the EU marketplace strategy with Digital Center of Excellence and alignment to regional omni-channel priorities
  • Maintain the overall business within Amazon, including product pages, A+ content, brand page, inventory, POs, advertising and reporting
  • Development of appropriate go to market strategies to drive the sales objectives within Amazon across all the European marketplaces
  • Own the forecast and KPIs across all products and locales
  • Develop programs designed to drive aggressive sales volume growth for eCommerce accounts
  • Daily, hands-on managing and optimizing of Amazon store, working closely with Amazon and our internal team on product data feeds and product listing optimization
  • Manage product content, track changes in product assortment and ensure changes are reflected on site
  • Develop customer strategy and business objectives; manage KPI achievement for all owned accounts
  • Work closely with leadership teams in the US and UK to forecast, plan, report to scale the digital business across the EU
  • Communicate daily and work closely with all Munchkin functional groups such as Customer Service, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Accounting to ensure all processes related to ecommerce sales and operations run smoothly
  • Develop and communicate ecommerce business results to the company and customer on an agreed cadence, identifying insights and action steps to improve business performance
  • Assist in quarterly planning & review meetings with online retailers
  • Monitor and improve brand distribution, representation and discoverability on all ecommerce accounts
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to identify areas of growth and potential partners or useful technologies to consider in growing ecommerce sales
  • Other duties may be assigned

Bring It!

  • 5 + years of e-Commerce experience in account management as a vendor in Amazon
  • 5+ years Amazon Vendor / Seller Central Experience
  • Proven effective relationship builder within Amazon Account Managers in Europe
  • Knowledge of best practices for scaling and optimizing an Amazon business including strategy, forecasting, listing / keyword / creative optimization, testing, research, testing, and agency management
  • D2C site management a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
