ACCOUNT MANAGER, DEMAND
LONDON
Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) OR REMOTE

The Account Manager, Demand is responsible for managing strategic demand-side relationships with agency holding companies in the UK & Nordics. The individual in this this role will represent Magnite inventory across all formats/devices and be responsible for driving revenue through programmatic direct deals across their patch.
This individual will participate in the selling of premium programmatic deals (Curated Marketplaces and Auction Packages) for inventory packages across display, video, audio, CTV and native, the Agency Demand Manager will be laying the groundwork for future demand development across the agency.
In this role you will (Listing of duties/responsibilities):
- Build, manage and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem including agencies, publishers and other 3rd party organisations in the UK & Nordics.
- Work internally with the Magnite publisher, media planning, client services and product account teams to grow RTB Revenue, launching & troubleshooting campaigns.
- Drive business by creating campaign briefs, providing relevant insights and solutions to meet the agency’s / client’s needs.
- Evangelise all buying techniques utilised through Magnite’s programmatic infrastructure to buyers and build new business opportunities with the ability to sell to clients at all levels.
- Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer network and drive publisher revenue.
- Educate and train our client base on Magnite product solutions & inventory launches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service - respond promptly, solicit feedback to improve service, & meet commitments.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strengths with Excel, Powerpoint/Google Slides & Gmail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. The ability to pitch and deliver presentations to key stakeholders at all levels of the agency business.
- A minimum of 3 years of digital sales experience in managing and developing accounts across agencies and ATD’s, with an established portfolio of agency contacts.
- An understanding of programmatic buying including industry knowledge; future market developments; preferable experience in video and Connected TV.
- Resourcefulness and creativity meeting challenges with suggestions for improvement, innovative approaches and ideas while demonstrating persistence
- Motivation to sets and achieves stretch goals
