To further fuel our mission of hypergrowth, we are seeking an aspiring Account Manager (AM) to join our growing Brand Partnerships team. You will be responsible for identifying new brand partnership opportunities in line with our defined value proposition, as well as owning and driving the go to market strategy. The key focus is to develop long term brand relationships and drive consistent opportunities. You will focus on SMBs and building strategies for long-term investment and retention.

A decade ago, LTK democratised the media industry and gave way to an entirely new one: Influencer Marketing. Today, LTK remains the largest Influencer Marketing platform serving 150,000+ creators, 5,000 retailers and millions of shoppers worldwide. In November 2021, LTK announced a $300 million investment by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 that values the company at $2 billion.

To accelerate our next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced businessperson to join the growing UK Brand Partnerships team. This person must be comfortable selling influencer led campaigns, delivering a complex proposition to senior decision-makers and building best-in-class relationships.

Key Areas of Focus:

  • Prospecting: You will play an active role in opportunity identification, both within existing verticals as well as new vertical growth recommendations and approaches. This role will focus on winning and retaining investment from small - medium sized businesses. The ideal candidate will be able to manage conversations with multiple leads with varying budgets, successfully qualifying them and moving them through the pipeline.
  • Pitching: Own the sales process from prospecting to close. Develop an active sales pipeline and effectively move brands through the pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Development: This role will involve strong relationship building skills, creative problem solving, data analysis and strong sales competencies.
  • XFN Collaboration: Work cross-functionally within sales and other LTK teams to pull the commercial levers necessary to drive revenue for LTK and value for our clients via collaborations, promotional opportunities and commission on sales.

You will:

  • Own a quarterly sales quota
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities for LTK while building lasting relationships with new and existing UK based brands
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals utilizing internal and external data
  • Become an expert in LTK solutions across influencer collaborations, LTK Ads, and events and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
  • Demonstrate understanding of competitor landscape and industry to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Manage a book of accounts and plan the strategy and process for developing each
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting aligned to the growth objectives set
  • Develop sales strategy and execute plans to generate revenue
  • Pitching and negotiating with new clients, within set boundaries
  • Driving alignment and collaboration across business functions and the wider international business.

Successful candidates will have:

  • Proven track record of goal attainment and excellence
  • 3+ years sales experience within the influencer, performance or partnerships landscape
  • A passion for Influencer Marketing and eCommerce
  • Proven ability to create and drive revenue within a specified client list or target category
  • Team player attitude and proven ability to communicate and work with team members across business functions
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach problem solving
  • Hunger to achieve, take ownership, and exceed sales targets
