We are looking for Account Managers to join our sales team in the UK.

Job Details:
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably as a telephone canvasser/sales negotiator, either in the travel, insurance or recruitment industries.
  • We are offering a good basic salary, plus add ons, and some of the best on-target commission rates in the industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Telephone sales.
  • Pre-qualify all new sales enquires.
  • Generate new leads and new accounts through cold calling.
  • Working to and achieving KPI's.
  • Demonstrate teamwork with the UK team.
  • Motivated and want to succeed.
  • Exercise courtesy to all respondents.
  • Demonstrate great customer service skills.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to solve problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Build a database of repeat clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all collected data.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Sourcing aircraft as per client specifications.
  • Source catering and ground transportation.
  • Flight watching to guarantee an exceptional client experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales/telephone sales experience.

Candidates must have a sales/telephone sales background, and be good at nurturing relationships with many high end clients, corporates and luxury companies, encouraging them to place us in their go to supplier lists.
You are expected to be a someone who pays attention to detail, because getting it right is what sets us apart from the competition.
We will provide comprehensive training on the use of the company's CRM and various software systems. After the initial training period of three months has been completed successfully, you will be expected to generate your own leads and achieve monthly sales targets and build a database of regular booking clients for the company.

Position Overview:
You will have full access to our “state of the art” systems and be provided with all of the tools you will require to be a successful Accounts Manager for the company.
You will also receive regular and thorough training on our systems and have access to on-demand training and support when required.
