We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager for one of our clients based in Herford, the company is experiencing continued growth and now is a perfect time to join! You will be the face of the business in all aspects of customer acquisition and customer service.
Account Manager - Main Duties
- Nurture and develop customer prospects for acquisition, meeting targets.
- Conduct proactive outbound telesales/email campaigns to reach required targets.
- Maintain high-level communication with appropriate brand 'tone of voice.'
- Drive existing customer basket expansion through up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities.
- Develop tactics to outperform national/regional competitors.
- Manage customer accounts, including onboarding, sample management, and first-line service resolution.
- Achieve and exceed agreed KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to Commercial & Marketing stakeholders and improve our offerings.
- Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and excellent product & service understanding.
What are we looking for in you?
- Inbound & Outbound telesales in B2B environments.
- Customer service management.
- Proven track record of customer acquisition development.
- Telesales/Account management within the UK Healthcare or medical industry (desired)
