Account Manager - Facilities Management
Coleshill, Birmingham
Permanent Full Time
£35,000 Plus Car Allowance of £5000

Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit an Account Manager to join the team:
This role requires someone that has a genuine passion for the industry, and an entrepreneurial mindset as this business is growing constantly and consistently, so someone that can adapt to change but have the drive and ambition to succeed and be part of a great team.
The Role:
- Reporting to clients on a regular basis with data on jobs completed, ppms completed and ensuring all their needs are met.
- Ensuring quotes are sent out in a timely manner and assisting with those
- Dealing with any customer complaints/isuues/queries
- Developing relationships with clients and gaining further works from existing clients
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with clients
- Assisting helpdesk with any queries regarding clients requests
- Ensuring all accounts are profitable
- Providing support to the senior management team in their absence
- Managing KPIs
The Person:
- We are looking for someone who has industry experience, they are open to an office manager, account manager, contract manager, ops manager etc but someone who has worked in the facilities management/building services/construction industry.
- Strong leadership qualities, excellent communicator and relationship builder.

The Package:
- Starting salary of £35,000
- Car Allowance of £5000
- Permanent full time
- 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Working hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
