Job description
vCreate is a web-based healthcare application primarily used to enable nursing teams to send videos to families when their child is in a Neonatal or Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. The system provides reassurance and helps minimise separation anxiety, keeping the family connected at an extremely difficult time. We are approved in over 200 hospitals in the UK & Ireland and have recently localised the application to expand globally, with several hospitals already using vCreate in USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa, France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland.
Account Manager - vCreate Diaries
If you have experience in Healthcare, SaaS (or both), you love technology for good and you want to be a big part of a fast-growing company with excellent opportunities for career progression, then read on.
This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated, positive-thinking individual to help make a huge difference to people's lives, providing access to our innovative secure video application which helps keep families connected with their clinical team. This is a demanding work-from-home position (with occasional team meets in London) where you will be expected to organise your own working day to maximise results.
You will help implement our secure video diary service in neonatal units which may be either public or private sector and will be both in the UK and internationally located, with a focus on North America. We are hopeful that the right candidate will grow with the role and take full advantage of the career opportunities that come with working for a fast-growing company.
Specifically, the role will include:
· Contacting new neonatal units, from leads provided by the sales development team, to demo the service and provide quotes and supportive materials to help them implement our service.
· Helping units gain Information Governance and IT approval, secure funding (sometimes in direct liaison with charities), getting set up to enable the service, helping onboard the teams to ensure the service’s success, and handing over the units to the retention team once live. You may also be asked to help manage pilots where appropriate.
· Helping build a team to manage our international growth
· Liaising with the sales, retention and marketing teams to help ensure that the vCreate Diaries service continues to grow and prosper
· Attending relevant exhibitions and conferences to help fly the flag for vCreate (approximately 2 per year)
· Working on future product strategy with senior management
You will need to be organised, keeping up to date with what stage each new service is in the sales and onboarding processes. You will maintain contact throughout the initial stages of onboarding. You will keep status information up to date on a shared CRM tool to enable others in the team to monitor current status at any time. You will also work with the wider team to help identify further opportunities for the vCreate diary service, here in the UK and internationally too.
Thorough training will be given during your first few weeks, and the team will continue to support you as you develop confidence in your role.
