Your Role: As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing our client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
· Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
· Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and goals, and collaborate with our internal teams to tailor solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
· Solution Presentation: Effectively communicate our suite of energy solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value they provide.
· Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
· Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth.
· Market Insights: Stay updated on energy industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to enhance our offerings.

· Experience: Proven experience in account management or a related field, with a track record of fostering strong client relationships.
