Job Title: Contracts Account Manager
Location: On site with hybrid flexibility
Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 per annum – Monthly OTE £500-£4,500+
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Role:
This is a great opportunity for a Contact Account Manager to join an established pro-active IT Reseller Team;
- Account Management and New Business both in the office and via face-to-face client meetings on site and via teams
- 70% Account Management / 30% New Business
- Cold calling new customers converting them to prospects
- Hitting and exceeding stretching yet achievable targets and KPI’s
- Pipeline and CRM Management
- Pro-actively following up opportunities to close deals
- Engaging with the group’s specialist teams where appropriate to sell value services
- Ensuring customers receive impeccable service
- Keeping up with industry trends to maintain up to date knowledge
The Candidate:
- A proven sales record preferably within the IT Sector, however, this is not essential
- Experience of both Account Management on contract such as CCS, CPC, NPS, KCS, YPO are advantageous but not essential
- Passion, entrepreneurial flair and the drive to support customers IT hardware and services requirements
- Highly developed commercial acumen
- The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, building rapport with potential new clients as well as developing strong relationships with your customers
- To be a team player who is able to use their own initiative whilst engaging and influencing others
