Collector Services Account Manager
Working within our Collector Services team, your role will be to maximise the revenue and GP from a portfolio of existing major account customers by skilful product targeting and positioning and regular contact by phone, electronic and face to face means. You will manage each account in its entirety handling credit, delivery, quality, and service issues for your client base.
Your role with us:

- Demonstrable sales experience within a call centre volume environment
- Proven Account management experience with measurable successes in role
- Proven practice of exceeding KPI’s
- The ability to account manage a portfolio of customers, delivering a profitable P&L
- A flexible approach to working hours to suit business requirements
We are looking for people who are:
- Professional and confident in the working environment
- Ensuring performance targets are being achieved (Productivity, behaviours, KPI’s)
- Responsible for each of the individual customers debt management within their portfolio
- Ensuring correct financial management of the portfolio of customers, taking responsibility for the monitoring the individual customer’s accounts and credit limits, corrective action as required
