Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and energised Account Manager with experience of the UK retailer space with P&L ownership exposure who would like to help us reach more children at one of the most loved brands.

We have an exciting opportunity for a collaborative relationship focused and analytically savvy Account Manager to grow our offering in partnership with our customers. If you would love to work within a collaborative and encouraging, future thinking team owning important customer relationships, then this is the role for you!

Core Responsibilities

  • Report into the UK&I Sales Director.
  • Take full accountability for end-to-end Account Management accounts in UKI.
  • Including short and long-term business planning, financial management, and excellent execution of commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate across a wide variety of internal and external partners functions such as Brand Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, and Operations to implement specific retailer plans and support company initiatives.
  • Lead external discussions via annual joint business plans as well as day to day contact to ensure a strong return on investments.
  • Take ownership of your own individual development plan to target priority competencies and stay at the forefront of emerging trends.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Commercial experience in sales or a related commercial function.
  • A proven record of outstanding business results and high accountability.
  • Effective relationship building with a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels of business.
  • In-depth analytical skills with a proficiency in Excel.
  • A balance of short-term results focus and long-term strategic work.
  • Proficient in English both written and spoken.
  • Full UK driver’s license required.
  • We offer a hybrid working model called ‘Best of Both’ with a working split of 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
