Swanstaff Recruitment is looking to support one of long standing clients once again! We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join us in Middlesbrough/ Hull, ensuring the highest level of service for our valued clients.
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Middlesbrough / Hull
Salary: £40,000-£45,000 per annum
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday - Flexible hours to discuss
As an Account Manager, your duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the region
- Providing excellent customer service by managing client expectations and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Preparing and presenting reports on client activity and account performance
To be considered for this role, we require:
- Proven experience in a similar Account Manager / Technical Sales role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license
- Experience in welding / Fabrication
