Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year
Hours: 9am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Duties:
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with current clients.
- Generate new leads and proactively seek new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise.
Requirements:
- Welding experience or welding equipment sales experience
- Proven experience in account management or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
