Summary
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with maintaining and managing the Company’s several marketplace accounts. Under the direction of the Exchange Team Lead, you will contribute to the creation and refinement of processes to improve listing accuracy and efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist maintaining the company’s marketplace channels:
- List new items, relist, conducting duplicate listing research and reviewing item listing content
- Set up promotional items and daily deals
- Add and sustain inventory quantity and competitiveness.
- Assist analyzing category trends, sales, forecasts and projections
- Monitor marketplace(s) performance by conducting research on products and sales.
- Perform administrative tasks including documenting departmental procedures.
- Generate competitor research reports that analyze the marketplaces’ categories and products
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
Required Abilities/Skills
- Intermediate Excel skills including Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Faculty to work across multiple projects, satisfying tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a very strong work ethic and high energy level
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline highly desired.
- 1+ years of experience in merchandising, ecommerce or a related field
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.
