Smart Fulfilment is a fats growing third party logistics service provider. We store and ship products for fast growing ecommerce brands.
Job Description:
As an Operations Executive at Smart Fulfilment you will be mainly office based ensuring the smooth running of the operations on a day to day basis. This includes but is not limited to; Generating pick & pack batches for the warehouse team, communicating with clients of the business ensuring their needs are met, following up with clients about unpaid invoices, liaising with the warehouse manager to ensure the smooth running of the operations & other office duties.
You will be working in close partnership with our warehouse manager to ensure the operations and warehouse departments are working congruently towards positive outcomes for the business and our clients.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software programs quickly and maintain proficiency in use of software programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance and ability to complete them independently or with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Billing, Inventory Control, Order Entry/Processing, and more. (40 hours per week; Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm EST)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
