We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our growing team and support the Commercial Building Surveying team.
How does the role look?
Varied
- Working closely with our internal team to provide a top quality client experience.
- Engage, research, and develop client accounts, identifying new and ongoing opportunities, sharing our range of services, with the ability to cross sell and introduce other service lines to our clients that could benefit them, which in turn will increase our revenue.
- Understanding our client needs and producing fee proposals, taking the time to check they have been received, and the proposal talked through, with any questions answered.
- Ensuring client feedback is received and any concerns dealt with in a proactive manner.
- Using the CRM as the communication hub of the business.
- Provide new and fresh ideas to the role to ensure our service levels are the best and our service lines remain fresh and current.
- Not being shy of working to revenue targets and KPI’s to achieve your portfolios growth targets
Client and people focused
- First-class level of pro-active account management.
- Monthly and quarterly account reviews with our clients, reviewing their portfolio of properties and Increasing opportunities and revenue.
- Organised and efficient.
- Building relationships is key.
Full lifecycle
- Be part of the dream team working alongside our surveyors and project managers in providing the highest level of service to our clients, being the trusted advisor, resulting in repeat business and increased revenue.
