Account Manager | Telford Area | | £28,000-£32,000 | Enhanced benefits and well-being package Fantastic opportunity to work within a growing and ambitious SME who are looking to onboard a driven and consultative Account Manager to develop Client accounts and maximise service value. The Company Our Telford based client within the Professional Services sector are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to join their team on a basis offering an excellent opportunity to progress within the business as a pivotal player in their ambitious expansion plans. The Opportunity Working alongside the Senior Leadership and external sales teams, you will be responsible for the development and retention of new and existing Client accounts with a variety of in-office and field-based activity. Maintain regular contact with existing clients, delivering a value-added and tailored service to meet the needs of individual organisations Effective marketing and education of the full stack of services that the group offers to maximise and streamline client experience Oversee the onboarding process with new Clients to ensure a seamless introduction to all services Working closely with the SLT to strategise and business plan to support the ongoing success of the organisation as the industry Market Leader Support the external sales team with new business generation as and when required Effective closing and on-boarding of qualified new business leads Regularly meet with new and existing Clients to present service demonstrations and develop key relationships, taking a consultative approach to developing client accounts Implement a comprehensive aftercare process, taking a diligent approach to the resolution of customer queries Ensuring all account compliance and administration SLA's are adhered to and accurately maintained Personal Profile We are looking for a confident, experienced and motivated Sales professional who has a key interest in the growth and development of client accounts applying a consultative approach to business development activity. You will be a motivated self-starter who has the capacity to manage time effectively and be a confident presenter both virtually and in person.
