The Account Manager (AM) will grow key accounts identified by the company by selling additional services into these accounts, which will drive growth. The AM will manage, control and set expectations with the stakeholders of the account.
This role will be client facing, while also being responsible for liaising with internal departments regarding the Key Performance Indicators and report back to the client in a timely fashion.
It is expected that the AM will build rapport and a strong relationship with the client to ensure Safeguard has accurate insight to the development plans of the company.
They will ensure that a fluid process is set in place and make certain that the client receives the highest levels of customer service with an end result of accounts growing to their full potential.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly/quarterly account growth targets

Service accounts and sell back into to increase revenue

Build and maintain a client profile, client mapping, and client retention plans

Proactively engage with accounts to understand their growth strategy and position Safeguard to ensure the business stays within

Scoping and providing deep insight into new territories the client might be expanding into

Maintain an accurate forecast for client’s growth potential

Annual and quarterly client growth reviews

Bi-weekly to monthly client meetings to review Key Performance Indicator

Build out client specific workflows to ensure a process alignment both internal and external

Working alongside client on any issues and leveraging the right internal departments to ensure items are resolved in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the internal departments to help keep opens lines of communication across the various time zones.

Respond to clients in a very timely fashion on any questions

Collaborate with internal departments to answer questions throughout the process and report back to the client

Working alongside client on any issues and leveraging the right internal departments to ensure items are resolved in a timely manor

Quarterly or semi-annual client site visits
