The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our hard working team. Salary: £30,000.00 - £36,119.00 / Competitive. (Discussion to take place with successful candidates.)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Management of clients, ensuring that customers feel that their needs are being met.
- Defend the revenue of existing contracts.
- Be an available point of contact and provide customer support.
- Orgainse and provide demonstrations for clients when required.
- Provide technical assistance and scientific data to clients when required.
- Build and maintain relationships to exceptional standards.
- Be active in upselling Rezzil’s services when given the opportunity.
- Provide support to other Rezzil staff members, primarily the Sporting Director.
- Support with inhouse administration and data collection of partners and clients.
- Management of clients within Europe.
- Provide regular check-ins with all clients.
- Liaising with other company departments when required.
- Help develop and create opportunities for ways that the Marketing & Events department and incorporate themselves with current clients.
- Any other task which is deemed necessary by Rezzil as it continuously grows.
Terms and Conditions of Employment relevant to post
Subject to:
- Satisfactory completion of the Probationary period – 6 month
- Right to work in the UK: Compliance with Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 and Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006
- Evidence of stated qualifications relevant to the post
- Evidence of membership of relevant professional bodies as stipulated by the post
