Really Useful Products are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking people to join our growing company.
We supply plastic storage boxes to many big name retailers such as Amazon, B and M and Homebase.
Job content and responsibilities
- Within your training period you will be inputting sales orders.
- On completion of your training you will be allocated accounts to handle from the order been input through to customer delivery. It will involved progress chasing of product and discussion with customers
- Day to day handling of allocated accounts.
- Co-ordinating image required from allocated accounts with marketing.
- Handling price changes with allocated accounts.
- Introducing new products to allocated accounts.
- Ultimately you will be judged through the On Time In Full delivery statistics from your customers and account growth.
- You will be expected to daily use video calls to contact your customers where appropriate.
- Maintain sales and grow existing accounts. You will be required to understand your customer account needs and follow up with dedication.
- Prepare quotations & proposals for existing accounts including New Line Forms and Set up documents.
- Respond to all enquiries including products ranges, pricing or sample requests.
- Any other ad hoc duties as directed by your manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
