You’ll be great at building relationships, both internally and externally and be someone who really wants to get things done! You’ll need to have experience in B2B customer services or sales, and while ideally that will have been in manufacturing, we’re more interested in you being customer and solution focussed than the industry you’ve worked in.
Our client is looking for an Account Manager to act as the bridge between existing customers and our operations teams anticipating and resolving issues, whilst also looking for opportunities to grow the business. Ensuring that your customers are receiving the service they need, you will split your time between our West Midlands site and being out and about doing regular check-ins with your customer base.
You’re going to be part of developing and building a customer services organisation that will be vital as we keep growing, and it will give you plenty of chances to grow and learn. Ideally you will have prior Internal sales experience from a manufacturing environment, and are now looking for a change of role where you can get stuck in, prove yourself and develop yourself towards a career in Business Development.

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
