We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our clients and ensuring that all account objectives are met. The successful candidate will have strong communications skills, and the ability to adapt into the needs of the industry. Our Account Manager will report to the Senior Accountant and work closely with the Sales Development Manager and senior account executives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer interviews.
- Gather research data.
- Analyze sales and marketing data.
- Resolve customer service issues.
- Conduct financial planning, investment, rate analysis, and risk management.
- Create financial projections.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for senior management.
- Prepare sales, marketing, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct business analysis and strategy formulation.
- Perform market research, identify problems and weaknesses affecting the organization's ability to achieve its goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week
Salary: £31,936.00-£35,118.00 per year
