Job Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are a small family-owned energy management company with established long-standing clients’ porolio of approximately 200 clients.
We are seeking a highly movated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. Energy experience is welcome, but not needed.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing accounts, building strong relationships with the clients, and achieving sales targets.
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 + performance bonuses
Full-me, home-working, occasional office meengs, company & supplier events, client meengs
Reporng to the Commercial Director
Key Responsibilies:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Understand clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to review performance and identify opportunies for growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Provide timely and accurate reports to management on account status and activity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunies within existing accounts
Qualifications:
- GCSE or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
