Job Overview: We are seeking a self-motivated and client-focused individual for the role of Junior Account Manager. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships, handling client requests, and identifying upselling opportunities where applicable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Identify opportunities to upsell our services and increase revenue
  • Develop strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Support the Business Directors in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing ones

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate within a team-based environment
  • Proactive, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Passion for the financial and trading sector is a plus
