Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Account Manager:

• Building rapport with existing clients and developing new business opportunities
• Identifying and seizing opportunities that may support business growth
• Achieve results through the development of strategic consultative relationships at a senior level
• Working within the team to deliver the best candidates in the market to the Clients
• Maintaining and growing the CRM system to ensure it is up to date at all times
• Completing administrative tasks to a high level

The Successful Applicant

The successful Account Manager:

• Will have a minimum of at least a year in an Account Management position and a good understanding of recruitment and experience working within a sales or target related environment.
• Have strong communication skills including verbal and written
• Be organised, personable and motivated
• Have a strong sense of urgency and likes to get things completed efficiently
• Will be level headed and to think objectively
• Have a genuine passion to develop your career
• Will genuinely be a good team player but can work autonomously with self-drive and initiative
• Must be proactive, able to work at a fast pace and to deadlines
• The position would suit the type of person who is confident, upbeat, has resilience and a good sense of humour
• Will have the ability to plan their days & weeks effectively and to reprioritise when needs be and meet the different time zones globally.

What's on Offer?

• Basic salary of £24,000 - 28,000 with bonuses
• 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) going up 1 days leave for every year with the company capped at 35 days leave.
