Sales Account Manager

£26,000 - £30,000

Morgan King are actively recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their reputable client on a permanent basis based in LS12 area of Leeds. The main purpose of the role is to Account Manage current clients and to convert other customers from strong database of clients.

The role

• Developing strong relationships with all customers
• Processing customer orders accurately
• Looking at customer trend of past orders and forecasting when to make contact
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of generated revenue
• Creating upsell opportunities
• Updating customer information on CRM
• Following up with customers on a regular basis
• Converting customers from database of prosect clients

The successful candidate

• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Ability to work to set targets
• Previous sales and account management experience
• Previous experience of working within Textiles would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role
