JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of retail and distributor customers. The role covers all aspects of customer service, overseeing order delivery and maximising sales revenue. Working closely with the Business Development team and collaborating with Production, Distribution, Finance, and the Studio, the Account Manager has responsibility for ensuring all requirements are communicated and customer expectations are managed.
You will maintain databases that reflect confirmed and projected orders, track sell-through rates, stock levels, as well as understand the customer’s interest and future sales opportunities to achieve sales targets. You will take an active approach to your customers and seek opportunities to grow the business in co-operation with the Business Development lead.
