Job description

As an Account Manager, you will:

  • Set-up the different campaigns across various platforms, included but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Bing.
  • Follow Labelium’s methodology & implement search and social best practices throughout current accounts
  • Optimise on an ongoing basis your campaigns to ensure overall performance of the campaign
  • Ensure good account health & address any account / performance issues
  • Create reporting & insights for each campaign: configuring client report dashboards, running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly reports with Google Data Studio
  • Prepare campaign recommendation (including phasing, budget, KPIs etc)
  • Maintain relationship with media partners when relevant
  • Keep up to date on industry's new feature & bring innovation to each client
  • Participate in overall strategic recommendation for the client
  • Train & support the team if and when needed
  • Accountable to keep each 'Client Bible' updated
  • Update your SAM / AD on accounts performance
  • Accountable for billing trackers update

What skills are needed for this role?

  • Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint & MS Word

  • Budget planning & forecasting.

What experience is needed for this role?

  • 2 - 3 years
  • Previous digital marketing experience in paid search or paid social at least 2 years, client side or agency side
  • Basic accreditations on Google Ads & Meta
  • Experience with at least one platform (preferably Google)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms
  • Proven experience in delivering performance (leads / revenue) over targets

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
