The successful candidate will be joining on the ground level and will be a key driving force for the growth of the company, responsible for managing relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and taking responsibility for delivering our service.

We need an exceptionally organised Account Manager to join our small company and help us to achieve our ambitions.
Although this is not a sales role, due to the nature of the business, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales (not essential but would be useful - if no experience, you should be open and eager to learn sales skills which will assist you in your role) and account management (transferrable skills will be accepted for the right candidate).
Excellent communication and relationship building skills are essential as you will be responsible for not only delivering our service to clients, but retaining clients as contracts come for renewal. The ability to use your own initiative would also be useful.
You must be computer literate as this will be 100% laptop based with an Apple MacBook provided to you, and software at the core of your day to day activities.
This is a remote role (work anywhere you want), approx 5% to 10% client facing with the remainder being back end activity.
Extremely high organisation skills is an absolute requirement (proof of organisation skills will help your application) as organisation is at the core of this role.
You will be working very closely with the company owner. You should be hard-working, appreciate and relish the hustle mentality, and be forthright with ideas on how to make improvements.
Responsibilities include; but aren't limited to:
- Managing our software stack (training will be provided).
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Manage the deliverables of business development for our clients.
- Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Identify and resolve client concerns (if any) in a timely manner.
- Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Manage client accounts and ensure that all deliverables are met.
- Schedule sales meetings on behalf of stakeholders.
Salary plus monthly commission structure for hitting targets and contract renewals.
