The AM will have line management responsibility and be able to coach and mentor colleagues. You will have overall ownership and responsibility for the management of all projects.

- Ownership of allocated accounts, working to achieve and increase given targets.
- Finding new opportunities with the client and building on those opportunities.
- Where required, work seamlessly with the creative and strategy teams to provide value added input to client meetings and discussions.
- Monitoring project budgets, within time and budget
- Understanding the challenges faced by our clients and their markets.
- Taking client briefs and pro-actively suggesting alternative solutions to the client – adding value, up selling and cross selling where possible.
- Working to ensure that the client has confidence the project will meet or exceed their expectations.
- Confidently suggesting ways to add value and new solutions.
- Having a good understanding of the client brand guidelines
- Solving problems and offering alternative solutions, supporting pitch proposals and delivery.
- Allowing the client to be the hero – their success is our success.
- Sourcing suppliers and building quotations.
- Ensure agency processes are followed.
- Manage expected revenue levels, devising plans to identify new revenue streams.
- Marketing / creative agency experience
- Educated to degree standard, preferably in marketing.
- Client facing experience
- Commercial business knowledge
- Experience of print and digital marketing
- A proven track record of building relationships with clients.
- Digitally savvy and a willingness to find new and exciting ways to communicate.
- A positive, proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork.
- Methodical and logical approach. Excellent listening skills.
