- Account Management: Manage an array of clients' digital marketing needs in the event and dumpster rental space. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee clients' digital marketing strategies, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and HighLevel. Monitor and analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results. Have knowledge of the brands and verticals we work with.
- SEO Strategy: Able to speak about effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase brand awareness for our clients.
- Communication: Effectively communicate digital marketing strategies and campaign results to clients. Ensure all stakeholders are updated on account statuses, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our clients' business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly track, analyze, and report on campaign performance against KPIs. Utilize insights to adjust strategies and ensure optimal performance.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budget effectively, allocate resources strategically, and ensure the best ROI for our clients.
- Bachelor's Degree (or relevant experience) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or account management, ideally within an agency setting.
- Proven experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and/or HighLevel accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, search algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Experience in the event and/or dumpster rental industry.
- Google Ads or Facebook Ads certification.
- Proficiency in HighLevel and other marketing automation software.
- Experience in managing SEO for local e-commerce websites.
