As an Account Manager at Full Comms you will:
Key responsibilities
- Work with dedicated clients to deliver their marketing & digital needs, with a focus on marketing requirements (media & creative) alongside website requirements
- Work with production teams to deliver client projects on time, and to budget
- Gain and build genuine relationships with clients, making the agency the go-to provider of their marketing needs
- Brief jobs and projects to ensure production teams understand the purpose and goals of the project
- Provide quotes to clients and manage your own client invoicing requirements with our finance team
- Proactive look for new opportunities with existing and new clients
Understanding our clients’ business
- Be the person the client first calls with challenges, issues and new ideas. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with your key stakeholders
- You must understand their business inside and out and be able to advise on the next steps
- Understand audience nuances, opportunities and challenges to ensure production teams can successfully deliver against a brief
- Keeping abreast of technology requirements and solutions we can offer, alongside legislation relevant to our clients
- If you’ve got experience of working with property marketing clients, we’d especially like to meet you, but it's not essential; bring all of your learnings & successes from other clients & sectors to the table!
Account and relationship management
- Project managing, trafficking work-in-progress and obtaining client sign off of projects, liaising with the production teams and relevant suppliers
- Attend meetings (virtually and in person), providing continual support and maintaining contact with clients during and in-between projects
- Managing quotes with production teams to ensure clients receive competitive pricing
- Organising and attending client entertainment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all colleagues and relevant suppliers
- Use of relevant and most appropriate communication channels, including but not limited to email, text, call, video calling and Slack to liaise with clients and colleagues
New business and sales
- Achieve targets agreed in relation to new clients and sales from existing clients
- Project managing and taking an active role in pitches, presentations and tenders for new business, both online and in person
- Attend networking opportunities as required, always representing Full Comms aligned with our values
- Identify growth and cross-selling opportunities across the agency
Ideally, you will:
- Need to be an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skills, comfortable with interactions in hybrid working environments
- Have previous integrated agency experience, or demonstrable marketing experience in an in-house role with transferable skills
- Need be able to work independently, handling a variety of accounts and dealing with a number of different stakeholders
- Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Take a proactive approach to all aspects of your work, enabling you to work to tight deadlines when necessary
- Have worked with clients or in the property sector yourself, or be a quick learner if not
- Need to be ambitious and driven

Holiday allowance: 20 days p/a, Bank Holidays, additional 3 days annual leave over the Christmas period between Christmas and New Year plus your birthday off!
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (with some flexibility around this), 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday
