National Accounts Manager - Field Based – Remote with National Travel
Between £38,500 to £48,500 (DOE) + Car or Car Allowance + Quarterly Bonus Scheme

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Bulk team as a National Sales Accounts Manager. The landscape of fossil fuels is changing rapidly at the moment and so we are looking for a highly professional, adaptable and enthusiastic account manager, who has a proven background of managing and developing large blue chip and national accounts. At Flogas, we want to be the trusted energy partner for our customers and in this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our company.
The Role
· Delivering a high quality account management service to our key accounts
· Client development – solution based selling to existing national accounts to provide new business growth within the portfolio and add value to our customer base
· Re-signing contracts to ensure retention of existing national accounts
· Building exceptional internal relationships with an external focus to the national account customer
· Developing, driving and embedding proactive, strategic plans that secure national account acquisitions and growth
· Demonstrates an understanding and ability to manage exceptionally high work-loads and have the ability to multi task and focus on a number of projects at once
· Demonstrates strong analytical ability by producing reports which identify gaps in the market and personal in role performance
· Collaborates with other colleagues to drive; new ideas for competitive advantage, national consistency and team spirit
· Demonstrates accountability for personal performance through behaviours and high degrees of professionalism
About You
· Proven experience of working within a professional customer focused environment
· Proven experience of working within a field-based sales role
· Proven experience of working with complex national or key accounts
· Proven understanding of solution based selling techniques
· Achieving the required resign target whilst maintaining margin
· Ability to understand financial data
· High level of numeracy
· Committed, persuasive and personable with fluent written and verbal communication skills
· High level of IT competency and experience of Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Power Point
· Proven experience in a highly autonomous role
· Full Valid UK Driving Licence
