Application Process:
The complete application process is expected to take 2-4 weeks, which may include either a screening interview with an HR team member or a video submission of answering a preset list of questions, followed by a deeper dive Google Meet with additional team members, and possibly one final round interview/assessment.

As our first international Account Manager, you’ll be joining our London-based team, working a flexible schedule with your North American team members, and supporting both European and North American clients! You will be a steward of always acting in the best interest of EightPM so that we can continue to grow in the right way!

Day to Day:
- Maintain & grow existing client relationships as the lead on the day to day delivery of campaign objectives
- Responsible for a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ business & industry
- Advocate internally on behalf of our clients
- Build & deliver monthly, quarterly, & annual reports to our clients & internal teams
- Maintain meticulous account notes & records in our CRM & other databases
- Act as a resource to all team members, focusing on enabling their success
- Partner with team members to optimize collaborative processes
- Run internal & external meetings to ensure effective collaboration & execution
- Actively be involved in overall team health & culture
- Other duties & tasks as assigned. We all wear many hats :)
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing client relationships with a portfolio of $3MM+ at a media, advertising, or marketing agency
- Well versed in common marketing & media principles
- Highly detail-oriented with above average organizational skills
- Above average time management & multitasking skills
- Problem-solver who is driven by challenge
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills––verbal, written, & visual
- Able to recognize & analyze internal issues & help solutions
- Able to receive & give constructive feedback to team members
- Thrive in a chaotic, fast-moving work environment under pressure & tight deadlines
- Thrive in both team & independent working environments
- Tech savvy with personal or professional experience in the following platforms:
- SalesForce, HubSpot, or Monday.com
- DocuSign or HelloSign
- Slack
- Zoom or Google Meet
- WhatsApp or WeChat
- Canva or Photoshop
- Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
- Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, or Amazon Prime Video
- Eat, breathe, & sleep pop culture, with a passion for television & film entertainment
