We are looking for exceptional and talented account managers to join our brilliant team.

This is an essential role within our brilliant agency; there will be opportunities for you to have autonomy over your work whilst working alongside our high-performing team of 20 experts, from copywriters to digital marketing strategist and in-house developers.

About you

As one of our account managers, it’s vital you have a love for, and experience of, digital conversion funnels and are maniacal about metrics.

You have a serious obsession with digital marketing and data analysis and can geek out over metrics and measures. You’re also able to create digital strategy quickly from analysing numbers on a weekly basis and always thinking about how we can better convert online – week on week.

You’re confident to lead and own the funnel using our incredible tracking tool and strategically brief the delivery team on assets needed to convert.

You bring your experience of digital platforms to manage paid ad experts, organic content and email effectively and efficiently to optimize what we deliver week on week. And are passionate about upskilling the wider agency in all things digital.

You’re comfortable with clients and happy to take the lead in presenting to them - a natural relationship builder. You fill clients with confidence in your strategic knowledge and delivery capabilities.

You’re always monitoring the results, because we’re obsessed with the outcomes. You work with the wider delivery team to deliver creatively excellent, conversion-driven content that meets the measures you’re responsible for.

Experience

  • 3 years+ account management experience in an agency environment.
  • A keen interest in and excellent understanding of branding and digital marketing.
  • Very process driven, happy to adhere to the Drew + Rose MAGICAL process.
  • Comfortable delivering remote or in realife workshops and meetings that are energetic yet focused.
  • Happy to walk clients through the creative process, rationalise ideas and listen carefully to their feedback.
  • You’re comfortable with clients and happy to take the lead in presenting to them - a natural relationship builder. You fill clients with confidence in your strategic knowledge and delivery capabilities.
  • Always looking for opportunities and solutions that bring our clients products/services to life.
  • Working across multiple projects simultaneously .
  • Enthusiasm around design practises, trends, and methods.
  • Experience of projects with both digital and physical outcomes.
  • Client facing roles that covers thefull marketing mix.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication.
  • First-rate digital skills.
  • Art direction.
  • Ability to manage your time across several clients and projects.
  • Thorough understanding of print production processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital production processes.
  • Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
  • Keen team player and happy to share your knowledge.
  • Ability to advise and recruit other team members, permanent or freelance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
