Our client are a FTSE 100 company, a market leader and a household name. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced field based account manager to take over a well established territory covering Colchester and Chelmsford (you must live on or be within a reasonable commuting distance).
As an account manager your prime responsibility will be to look after/retain and develop a well established client base by tailoring the right combination of online solutions to meet their specific business needs and to ensure they get a healthy return on their investment. The role is home based and will involve a mixture of face to face meetings and Zoom/Teams calls.
The person
· Experienced in account management in a field based role, either in online advertising or service based sales
· Consistent track record of over performance of sales targets and KPIs
· Formally sales trained and used to a consultative solution led in-depth sales approach
· Analytical and confident with data analysis
· Highly resilient with strong communication skills
· Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues
· Superb territory management/planning skills
· Good admin/PC skills with an excellent eye for detail and accuracy
· Smart, self-motivated and passionate about delivering a great Customer experience
