Senior Account Manager/Sales Manager – Crown Worldwide Hospitality
The London Eye
£35,000 pa
Monday – Friday
8:30 am – 5:30 pm
We are looking for someone to join our team at The London Eye, which is one of the most iconic attractions in the world. Guests will enjoy amazing 360-degree views over London from the world’s tallest cantilevered observation wheel.

We are looking for someone to use their amazing personality and sales skills to rebuild, market and deliver the private hospitality business on The London Eye converting the incoming enquiries to this great attraction into bookings. You will talk to the client as they enquire, put together a tailored quote for them, take them on site visits around the attraction and encourage them that their next event should be at The London Eye.

Duties and Tasks Include
- To handle incoming enquires for Crown Worldwide Hospitality @ The London Eye and convert them to sales, inline with budget.
- Undertake site visits for potential events, using face to face sales skills to convert the enquiry.
- To process bookings of private pods on The London Eye, including invoicing.
- Proactively develop new enquiries for Crown Worldwide Hospitality – London Eye, including exclusive buy outs.
- Develop a marketing plan to support the sales of London Eye private pods.
- To take full ownership of the department and deliver on the budget.
- Provide full administration to all London Eye pod bookings, including upselling F&B.
- Arrange FAM trips, hospitality events and client / agency visit to further promote the Crown Worldwide Hospitality @ The London Eye.
- Ensure all conversion rates and updated sales & marketing activity / results are submitted at month end and monitored.
- Use sales techniques and closing sales skills on the phone and face to face at meetings and site visits to gain confirmed sales.
- Maintain regular contact with past clients and enquiries, and agents, employing sales skills to gain more enquiries and confirmations from these clients.
- Produce weekly reports for the department.
- Provide a weekly schedule of planned activities. (Summary report)
- Manage the team’s activities so all past client, past enquiries and proactive activities are achieved on a weekly basis.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Effectively communicate with Key Clients via telephone, face to face and written communication to identify full potential for, and to gain maximum commitment.
ADMINISTRATION
- Provide time-phased, qualified reports on achievements and activities.
- Plan diary to make effective use of working day. (Individual and team diaries)
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts and conversations with clients. (Sales report and summary reports)
- Handle correspondence related to all selling activities. (quotations, emails, confirmations.)
GENERAL
- Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
- Represent Crown Worldwide Hospitality in a professional manner at all times.
- Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health and Safety Policy.
- Obtain necessary authority for expenses and record in line with Company Policy.
- Undertake any reasonable duties as specified.
