Account Manager – Customer Success
37.5 hours per week worked Monday to Friday
LOCATION: Home
TRAVEL: UK Travel
AIMS OF POSITION:
To successfully manage the customer relationship within a number of ByBox accounts in order to identify growth opportunities, maximise revenue and retain the business.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a portfolio of accounts
Investigate and resolve escalated customer queries and issues
Possess an in-depth knowledge of customer portfolio and the products / services they use within ByBox
Identify growth opportunities to increase revenue within your portfolio
Keep customers aware of new developments / services
Support the implementation of new customers or new services within existing customers
Understand the commercial and contractual agreements within your portfolio
Create and maintain an Account Development Plan for each customer within your portfolio
Conduct monthly review meetings with customers, to review KPI performance
Maintain and update CRM system real time
THE PERSON SPECIFICATION
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to create cohesive and professional service development proposals
Sound commercial and general business understanding
Can communicate concisely and effectively at all levels
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
Minimum 2 years’ experience of managing a portfolio that exceeds £1m
Proven track record of account growth / business development within a portfolio
Experience delivering excellent customer service
Driving license – UK wide travel will be required
Desirable:
Knowledge of the service industry
Knowledge of Salesforce
Experience producing and presenting Presentations for customers
