Account Manager Manchester, England
Job description
- Being the key point of contact for B2B clients and understanding their evolving business needs.
 
- Alongside our internal delivery team, you will align propositions for our clients and influence how our internal products and services evolve to meet the changing demands of our clients.
 
- Identify opportunities within the geographical market you are assigned & deliver a growth plan that contributes to the businesses 5 year plan.
 
- Attend different industry events, of which some will require overnight stays and evenings.
 
- Work with our marketing team to produce the correct targeted media to support new client acquisition & be responsible for your local marketing budget.
 
- Contribute to the client market framework (and segmentation) that influences engagement packs and marketing material.
 
- Use data in line with GDPR to target new clients (B2B).
 
- Maintain client roadmaps and present in quarterly reviews (internal).
 
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
