Account Manager - £55,000-75,000pa basic, plus commission

Buckinghamshire – Hybrid role

The Client:

Providing IT Security for over 15 years, this exciting SaaS Technology company creates new Software & Services to create & maximise Security for their new and existing client base.

They are now looking for an experienced Account Manager with a can-do mentality to take ownership of their sales strategy with the aim of growing their already strong client base. The Account Manager will implement methods to new and existing clients to help achieve business goals & objectives to maximise the growth of the client base. You will be ambitious, confident and be a good listener that can work under pressure and in a company that is going through an exciting period of growth.

The role:

· Identify new business opportunities, especially new clients and potential new customers

· Prospecting new business using a variety of different methods

· Build & nurture relationships with clients and record everything on the database

· New business proposals; create and pitch to clients as required

· Create and monitor sales processes - promote new software / products

· Work closely with the MD to build a resilient business model that enables the company to optimise growth opportunities

· Focus on the generation of revenue from existing accounts / create new revenue from new accounts

· Drive Sales and exceed targets

The ideal candidate:

· Proven previous tenure as a SaaS/ Software Manager, ideally from a Security Background

· Experience of obtaining new business and presenting to clients

· Target driven and self-motivated

· Excellent communication skills and a team player

· Excellent time management and organisational skills
